SHIPPING IS ALWAYS FREE!! I ship free using 1st class mail through the US Post Office! If you prefer to have your item shipped priority, the cost is $3.90. As you know, priority costs $4.90 plus $.65 for delivery confirmation/tracking. The $3.90 reflects a credit of $1.65 for the upgrade. If you prefer priority shipping, you must add priority to your cart. HOWEVER, if you purchase over $50.00, priority shipping is FREE!
